The Cap Cana Marina will be built in three stages, a $96 million investment.

Recently, we opened the first phase of this luxurious waterfront development to 58 moorings for yachts of up to 60 feet. Once the third stage in completed, the marina will be able to birth 500 yachts. It will be the only full service marina in a 400 kilometer radius between the Turks and Caicos and Puerto Rico, accommodating all types of yachts, including vessels of 150 feet or more. We will also offer maintenance services to those who dock with us. And Cap Cana will be the desired port of entry in the Dominican Republic with courteous customs and immigration personnel on hand as well.

At the Marina our fabulous Grand Canal (almost 60 meters wide and five meters deep) will be the center of attention, surrounded by luxurious stores, exclusive restaurants and five-star hotels. Transportation through these water thoroughfares will be provided by environment-friendly “vaporetto” shuttles, an innovative system exclusively for transporting visitors. With our outstanding shops and cafes, The Marina has the ambiance of France's St. Tropez, but with more sunshine and excitement.  It's a place to see and be seen.

Because of our marina's ideal location on the Caribbean, close to the Mona Channel, one of the five main fishing destinations of the world, this will be an enviable docking spot for yachts.
