The exciting future for Cap Cana

Cap Cana is on target to become the most important residential project in the Caribbean and Latin America.

With a long term investment of $1.5 billion, the first stage of the project will take in 6,200 acres of a total of more than 30,000 acres, including 3.4 miles of virgin beaches, surrounded by coral reefs with magnificent views of the Caribbean.

To date, more than $200 million has been invested in infrastructure and buildings, including the Caleton Beach Club, more than 25 kilometers of roads, an aqueduct and water supply, our own power generation, the first stage of the marina, and the 18-hole Punta Espada Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus.

The project is expected to include three Nicklaus Signature courses plus two other golf courses. There is also a marina that will have more than 500 slips accommodating 150-foot yachts. The marina will also be developed with a Grand Canal style shopping area, restaurants and hotel accommodations.

Many real estate options will be available, including golf and beach lots, condominiums in the marina and golf and beach villas.
